These Terms & Conditions govern your use of websites, booking forms, communications, and other services provided by GCOCS, Inc. (“GC Cleaning Services,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our websites or submitting information through our forms, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Services and Scheduling
GC Cleaning Services provides commercial cleaning and related facility services. Information submitted through our websites or booking forms may be used to respond to inquiries, schedule facility walkthroughs, discuss service requirements, and prepare next steps.
Scheduling a walkthrough does not by itself create a service contract or guarantee that GC Cleaning Services will provide services. Any ongoing cleaning engagement may be subject to separate pricing, scope, and service terms.
SMS Messaging Program
GCOCS, INC. offers optional SMS communications to individuals who voluntarily opt in.
Depending on the consent selected, messages may include:
- Marketing messages, such as commercial cleaning service information, special offers, discounts, and service updates.
- Non-marketing messages, such as responses to inquiries, facility walkthrough confirmations, reminders, scheduling updates, rescheduling assistance, and other service-related communications.
- Marketing and non-marketing SMS consent are collected separately. You may choose either, both, or neither. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.
Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency may vary depending on your interactions with GC Cleaning Services and the types of messages you have agreed to receive. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless carrier and mobile plan.
Opting Out
You may cancel SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to a message from GCOCS, INC.
After you send STOP, you may receive a final confirmation message indicating that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive SMS messages covered by that opt-in unless you subsequently opt in again.
Rejoining
If you previously opted out and would like to receive SMS messages again, you may rejoin by completing an available GC Cleaning Services opt-in form again and providing new consent.

Carrier Disclaimer

Age Requirement
